“Branson On Stage Live” presents The Blue Springs High School “Wildcat Jazz Ensemble” from Blue Springs, Missouri. This award winning Jazz band appears annually at The Branson Landing on Mother’s Day. The band performs a variety of musical styles from traditional big band charts, to more recent popular music.

The Wildcat Jazz Ensemble accepts 20-25 performances locally and around the tri-state area of Missouri, Kansas and Iowa each year and we’re excited to have this very talented group of musicians performing at Branson Landing again this year down by the Fountains in Town Square.

ARMED FORCES PARADE AT BRANSON LANDING!

Branson Landing is honored to work alongside the Branson Veterans Task Force as they present the Armed Forces Parade on Saturday, May 18th – Armed Forces Day. The Parade will begin at 11:00 a.m. and proceed down Branson Landing’s Promenade, beginning at the North end of the property by BELK, in recognition of the Active Duty Military Personnel.

GOLD WING ROAD RIDERS ASSOCIATION – PARADE AND LIGHT SHOW!

Join us on Friday, May 31st as the Gold Wing Road Riders Association comes to Branson Landing in Parade Style…with their beautiful motorcycles and amazing light shows!  The GWRRA of Missouri will be holding their Missouri District Rally and Convention in Branson – so, this is your chance to see these amazing motorcycles up close.   The Gold Wings will be on display at the Landing and you’ll be able to see the many different types of touring motorcycles Honda produces and their amazing light show!

2013 KHOZ 102.9 – TEXACO COUNTRY SHOWDOWN COMPETITION
LIVE AT BRANSON LANDING!

The Texaco Country Showdown is coming back to Branson Landing! KHOZ 102.9 will host America’s largest country music talent search and radio promotion this year, right in front of the Branson Landing Fountains! For 30 years, this Showdown competition has given aspiring country music artists a chance to launch their professional careers and again this year, the finalists will have their chance to perform for you at Branson Landing.
The Master of Ceremonies for the Texaco Country Showdown will be Clay Cooper from the Clay Cooper Theatre. The show will also feature Emcee, Clay Cooper and his band, The Country Music Express Band – AND… the band will also be providing the backup for the contestants. The Celebrity Guest Judges for this year will be announced at a later date – so, be sure to check back.
Clay Cooper has been performing in Branson for years and in 2005, Clay decided to put together a show of his own – which can now be found at The NEW Clay Cooper Theatre. THE HORN DAWGS – LIVE IN CONCERT AT BRANSON LANDING!

Branson Landing is thrilled to have the amazing, fun and exciting band…THE HORN DAWGS take the stage on Wednesday, July 3rd to help us celebrate Independence Day (a day early) – in a BIG Way, not soon to be forgotten!   For the past 18 years, “The Horn Dawgs” have rocked the Branson night life featuring lead vocals by Bucky Heard (one of the Blues Brothers in the Legends in Concert Show) and Gary Myers (lead guitarist and Emcee for Mickey Gilley) as the Band Leader. This amazing 11 piece horn band, featuring a blazing 4 piece horn section - truly know the meaning of the phrase “lay down the groove” and back that up with powerfully tight vocal harmonies!

Following the concert, Branson Landing’s 6th Annual Liberty Light Up – will light up the skies over Lake Taneycomo with an amazing choreographed Fireworks Display Show produced by Gateway Fireworks Displays. This celebration promises to be unforgettable with a choreographed opening highlighting a spectacular celebration of America’s Independence - closing with a Gateway Fireworks Signature Grand Finale that will leave you in awe.  Following the Fireworks Spectacular, THE HORN DAWGS will take the stage again and end the evening on a high note!

THE STUDEBAKER DRIVERS CLUB PRESENTS…THE ORPHAN CAR SHOW!

For the past 17 years, The Ozark Trails Chapter of the Studebaker Drivers Club, International has held an Orphan Car Show in Branson and they are going to return again this year with their show at Branson Landing!  

An "orphan car" is one whose manufacturer has either gone out of business or ceased production of that particular automobile brand, as opposed to a model within a brand.  Automobiles having been displayed at past car shows include; Hudson, Packard, Kaiser, Frasier, Nash, Geronimo, Desoto, Plymouth, Muntz Jet, Holzman, Playboy, Studebaker and many others. The band members of GYPSY have joined together to bring you music from the Legendary Classic Rock Band, Fleetwood Mac.  Dee Miller is the lead as Stevie-known to have powerhouse vocals as she weaves a web of all her greatest hits and Matt Carfi will make you think Lindsey is in the house with such hits as “Big Love” and “Go Your Own Way”.  Stella Loreto is phenomenal as the great Christine with “You Make Loving Fun” and other hits of the era.  Round it out with Mark Williamson on percussion, Kenny Hummer on bass and you’ll experience a blast from the past!
