Branson Landing Guest Services

Welcome to Branson Landing, a unique shopping, dining, and entertainment destination. All buildings, parking areas, and common areas are privately operated. In order to make your visit, and that of your fellow visitors, a pleasant one, we kindly ask you to refrain from the following activities while shopping:

Discourteous Behavior – Rude behavior that may inconvenience or is disrespectful to our guests
Standing, walking, or sitting in a location or manner which may cause an inconvenience to others, such as blocking the view or access to, a doorway, storefront, or venue.
Parking vehicles or placing objects that block and obstruct entryways and walkways.
Sitting on floor surfaces, handrails, stairs, trash receptacles or planters.
Running, rollerblading, roller-skating, skateboarding, bicycling, and the use of scooters – all which may interfere with the free flow of pedestrian traffic or cause damage to private property.
Smoking in any interior area of Branson Landing including the restrooms, retail and restaurant stores, interior hallways, elevators and elevator lobbies. Smokers must use the ash urns provided.
Pets are discouraged and if brought on property, owners must be responsible for leashing their pets at all times and never leave an animal unattended. Owners will be responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Disorderly Behavior – Actions that are offensive or may cause a disturbance to others
Obscene language, obscene gestures, and racial, religious or ethnic slurs which are likely to create a disturbance.
Shouting, screaming, singing, playing musical instruments, radios or music players, or otherwise communicating in a manner that creates noise of sufficient volume to imfringe on the hearing or peace of the shopping centers patrons is not permitted.
Soliciting money or other contributions or donations, or distributing commercial advertising or promotional material of any kind including leafleting of vehicles, or offering samples of items which are sold, available for sale or available in exchange for a donation or contribution, or soliciting services or promoting outside businesses, except with the prior written agreement of the management of the shopping center is prohibited.
Wearing inappropriate attire. Visitors wearing/displaying clothing/items considered offensive or obscene will be asked to cover the item(s) or remove the item(s) from view. Visitors must wear a shirt and shoes while inside the shopping center.
Failure to respond to reasonable request of direction from property staff.

Disruptive Behavior – Actions more serious in nature that affect the safety of our guests
Physically or verbally threatening any person, using physical force, fighting, annoying others through noisy or boisterous activities or by unnecessary staring, by following another person through the shopping center or by using sexually explicit language or conduct, or in any other way creating a disturbance which is disruptive or dangerous to the shopping centers patrons or its commercial function is not permitted.
Possession of any article defined as a weapon, whether legal or illegal, is not permitted.
Defacing, damaging, abusing, or destroying any real or personal property which is part of or located in the Branson Landing is not permitted
Engaging in any unlawful activity or behavior that endangers the lives, health, or property of our patrons, retailers, and employees is not permitted.
